Genesis 1: Let There Be Light

Bible Text: Genesis 1:1-31 | Preacher: Pastor Stewart White | Series: Genesis |

[Rom 1:18-19] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.

[Rom 1:20-21] For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

[Rom 1:22] Professing to be wise, they became fools...

Laminins

Laminins are high-molecular weight proteins of the extracellular matrix, influencing cell differentiation, migration, and adhesion.

[Gen 1:1 NASB]
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

[Gen 1:2 NASB]
The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

[Jhn 1:1-3] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

[Gen 1:3-5 NASB] Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.

What is this light? Who is this light? What is this darkness? Who is this darkness?
